How To Apply

All applicants may apply in person, via e-mail or via mail by sending your completed application to the MAOF Human Resources Department. Please do not fax the application, as only originals will be accepted.

Please complete the Work Experience section, making sure to provide the name of each curent and former employer, your job titles, beginning and ending dates, and salary history. Attach a second sheet to your application if additional space is needed. All additional sheets must be submitted in the same format as the application.

The following documents must be submitted with your application in order to be considered:

  • An updated resume.
  • Two letters of recommendation.
  • Unofficial transcripts if applying for the MAOF Head Start, Child Care and Pre-School programs, and any position requiring a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Copy of the Permit from the Commission of Teacher Credentialing if applying for Associate Teacher, Teacher, Head Teacher or Site Supervisor positions.
  • Proof of High School completion if applying for positions requiring a High School diploma.

If you have met the minimum requirements for the position for which you are applying, or any other position we have open (even one you have not applied for), your application, resume and any other documents will be reviewed by the Personnel Assistant for processing. Your application will then be sent for review to the hiring Directors/Managers.

Due to the high volume of calls the office receives, please do not call the Human Resources office to check the status of your application. The Personnel Assistant will contact you and advise you if further information is required.
