National Hispanic Women's Conference
The mission of the conference is to offer Hispanic women
an exceptional opportunity to come together to share
and find innovative tools for achieving successful career
paths and lives. In addition, professionals and businesses
are provided a forum to share resources and information.
Each year information is provided to address the needs
of this growing population of women. They include: health,
education, media/entertainment, self-fulfillment, political
empowerment, cultural pride, employment, finance/business,
technology, and the arts. The conference attracts Hispanic
women from high schools, colleges and universities,

Celebrating 30 Years of Latina Leadership
The National Hispanic Women’s Conference, one
of the first large-scale conferences of its kind, began
30 years ago and has grown from 50 to 5,000 attendees.
Dionicio Morales, founder of Mexican American Opportunity
Foundation, created the Women’s Conference in
response to the lack of opportunity for Hispanic women.
Today, the Conference is a forum for professionals and
students to share resources and hear from experts about
employment opportunities, educational achievement, political
empowerment, financial planning, entrepreneurialship
and much more. Activities include engaging workshops,
inspiring speakers, awards luncheon, exciting fashion
show, and an impressive job/exhibitor fair.
The Conference is a day-long event designed to motivate,
celebrate, inform, educate and empower the women of
today and the future leaders of tomorrow---come join
