The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF), the nation’s largest Latino-serving social service organization, has been helping children and families in need since 1963.
Infant & Toddler Program
MAOF childcare services through the Infant & Toddler Program are provided to all families who qualify under the State Department of Education, Child Development Division, and regulations. Services are provided to qualifying families regardless of race, gender, religion, national origin, ethnicity, or physical disability.

The Infant and Toddler Program provides subsidized child care for children ages 0-3 years. The Infant and Toddler program is a parental-choice program allowing the parent to choose the type of child care setting which best meets the parents' needs. The Infant Toddler Program works in conjunction with Licensed Family Daycare Providers in the cities of El Monte, Norwalk, Hawaiian Gardens, Inglewood and Salinas.
